The Mission
The mission of ELBC is to recruit, train, and disperse disciples of Jesus Christ.
Our intent is to impact our immediate area (city and county) and any other areas opened to us by the Holy Spirit. Our mission will be accomplished through worship and praise, prayer, preaching and teaching, fellowship, and evangelism through various ministries.

The Vision
The vision of ELBC is to be recognized and perceived in our community and surrounding area as a church:
1. That is a safe and comfortable place to worship God;
2. Made up of a congregation that is openly welcoming, actively participating, caring, serving, and committed to living exemplary Christian lives;
3. Lead by a passionate, innovative, forward-thinking pastor, staff, and volunteers;
4. Supporting ministries focused on both the congregation and members of the community.
